The Ladies of the Maccabees
Acquired by Radatz Development Group in 2024, the Ladies of the Maccabees Building is being renovated into office spaces available to rent beginning mid 2026. Radatz Development Group aims to pay tribute to the rich history and ancestry of the Ladies of the Maccabees building within the renovating process.
The Brass Rail Bar
Radatz Development Group acquired The Brass Rail Bar in 2025. Teaming with The Modern Mixologist, Tony Abou-Ganim, Radatz Development Group is giving The Brass Rail bar a facelift in order to keep this hometown staple around for many years to come. In addition to the first floor bar, Radatz Development Group is in the process of renovating residential space on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building.

The Huron Theater
After withstanding over 100 years of transformation, and serving multiple different purposes for it's community, Radatz Development Group believed the perfect landing spot for The Huron Theater was back to its roots, a Theater. When completed, The Huron Theater will serve as a bookable concert and event venue.
The Harrington Hotel
Directly next to The Huron Theater stands the mighty Harrington Hotel. Although currently vacant, the Harrington Hotel is packed to the brim with historical significance previously hosting notable figures such as President Truman and Mickey Rooney. Radatz Development Group is looking to transform this hotel back into a vibrant landing spot for visitors near and far including an inbuilding restaurant & bar, workout accommodations, and cigar lounge.
